Sugar Mama?

We are praying for some good news at our house. Yesterday at work we found out that the grant money we applied for could be available to us within 72 hours!!! It's a good chunk of change for the ministry to work with. But with more money comes more work. Please pray with us that I can begin to work full-time and be paid enough so that Mr. Man can quit his job, or at least go down to 2 shifts a week.

With how things have been the past few years it would be such a blessing for this to happen. I'll be giving updates on how things are going.

Other news:

Eli is now 4 months old and as cute as can be. He is a huge baby at 19 pounds 4 ounces, and 26 inches long!!! Ari wasn't 19 pounds until she was 6 months old. He had his first taste of rice cereal yesterday too.

We are dying from the heat here in TN. I felt a cool breeze yesterday for the 1st time in weeks and it was wonderful. Very short lived, but wonderful. I can't wait for fall, sweaters, and needing to turn on the heat instead of AC. Right now I would go for some snow too.

Next week we will have basic cable and cable Internet in our house!! Charter had a deal and we took it. I can't wait for fast Internet again especially since there is a ton of stuff I want to sell in our house to make some extra $$ for things we need.

Mr. Man went on a super-cleaning spree yesterday and the house is starting to look nice again. Now it's my turn to clean up all of my junk.

If anyone knows of a good place to get small chalkboards let me know.
